Statistics are something that can get any sports fan talking, or arguing. A lot of that really depends on who you’re speaking with!
Statistics define the game of baseball. It separates hero from legend, and MLB’er from some guy riding the pines in the minors. In this day in age where social media, results, scores, and updates are all at our finger-tips, it is quite unusual to read or learn about something that we didn't already know.
With the college baseball season a few weeks in, I decided to catch up on some results on the NAIA website. This led me to the NAIA Record Book where I discovered some statistical information that really blew me away.
I really hope you get a kick out of this. Enjoy!
