1. Terms Employment 1.1 Employee agrees to the terms of employment as set forth by the Company, including but not limited to job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and work schedule. 1.2 Employee agrees to abide by all Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. 1.3 Employee acknowledges that the employment relationship is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice. |
