NLCCRUL agrees to provide legal representation and advocacy services to the Client in matters related to civil rights, discrimination, and other legal issues falling within the purview of NLCCRUL`s mission and expertise. NLCCRUL will act in the best interest of the Client and in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical standards. |
Client Responsibilities |

The Client agrees to cooperate fully with NLCCRUL, provide all necessary and relevant information and documentation, and adhere to any legal advice and recommendations provided by NLCCRUL. The Client will also disclose any conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest that may arise during the course of representation. |
Confidentiality |

All information shared between the Client and NLCCRUL shall be treated as confidential and subject to attorney-client privilege. NLCCRUL will not disclose any confidential information without the Client`s consent, except as required by law or professional ethics. |
Term Termination |

This contract shall remain in effect until the completion of the representation or until terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. Either party may terminate the contract for good cause, including but not limited to a material breach of the contract by the other party. |
