The last Wellness Wednesday #wellnesswednesday of the year and this episode truly brings a smile to my face.
I shared our first #momentofgreatness this week featuring the stunning events surrounding NY Jets rookie QB, Zach Wilson.
Mr. Wilson was in a restaurant with his family enjoying Christmas breakfast. He stunned a New Jersey waitress with two tickets for the December 26 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to former NFL wide receiver, former co-host of the NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, and co-host of CBS Mornings, Mr. Nate Burleson.
Mr. Burleson has always been Hudson’s favorite person on #gmfb and the virtual conversation between them both was priceless.
Two separate examples of generosity and selflessness. Mr. Wilson didn’t have to give those tickets away and Mr. Burleson didn’t have to send Hudson a video. The joy these two people gave two families is tough to put into words.
