May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I am again very proud to share that I will be Running For A Cause. As part of my #runningforacause initiative, I will donate $2 for every kilometer I run throughout the month to a local mental health organization.
This continues from my previous events, where we have donated over $800 to local groups over the past three years.
Mental health is an issue that affects so many of us, and it’s important that we continue to support those who are struggling. We have the power to ignite change and make a positive impact in our community.
If you’d like to join me in this initiative, lace up the kicks and hit the pavement with me. Whether you’re a veteran runner or a rookie, it’s all good! Every kilometer counts towards making a difference in our respective communities.
Speaking of inspiring and igniting change, I also want to give a shoutout to Michael and the Written By Wolves crew for their endless support of mental health advocacy and wellness.
Previously they released The Collab Project, an EP of collaborative re-imaginings from their album ‘Secrets,’. The band said it’s an ongoing initiative to try and spread awareness. No matter what people are going through, no matter what mental health struggles they face or demons they’re battling, they don’t have to do it alone.
AND, and their new video ‘GIVE ‘EM HELL’ is crushing it right now making waves on the US charts…Congratulations, guys!
Please help spread the word by sharing these posts and using the hashtag #runningforacause. Together, we can make a difference and support those who are struggling with mental health challenges. Thank you for your support!
Let’s continue to embrace what we’re good at and share it with the world.
