I’m Introducing this week’s Wellness Wednesday with great news! Today, we had the honor of making our donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) North Bay and District.
The new location was buzzing with people working tirelessly to support mental health in our community. As a former board member of CMHA Thunder Bay, I deeply understand the tremendous effort that goes into this organization and the vital role of community support.
It’s truly a remarkable day to witness firsthand the impact our collective efforts can have on promoting mental wellness. The CMHA team’s dedication and the support from our community are indeed very essential in creating positive change and providing valuable resources for those in need.
